Is your diocese already enrolling you?
If your diocese or network has partnered with CEF, your school completes its form on your diocese’s onboarding page. No separate sign-up needed.
Diocese not listed? Ask your superintendent’s office, or enroll your school on its own.
Home school provider? How the federal credit applies to home school providers is still awaiting Treasury guidance. Contact us and we’ll follow up as guidance develops.

Tax credit contributions open in participating states. Partners who finish onboarding early are ready to receive gifts from day one.
Already started onboarding?
Each partner diocese has a public progress tracker showing which schools have finished. Schools can return to their diocese’s page anytime to complete their form.
Is the tax credit available in my state?
The credit is available only in states that opt in to the federal program. Contact us if you’re unsure about your state’s status.
My diocese already signed up. What do I do?
Use the diocese search above to open your diocese’s onboarding page, then complete your school’s form there. You don’t need a separate application.
