In partnership with ACE Scholarships, we handle setup, compliance, and donor infrastructure. You begin onboarding here, and then we build a dedicated page your schools use to onboard themselves. No need to gather every school up front.

We build your diocese landing page
We take your details and create an onboarding landing page for your diocese or network, then send you the link to share with your schools.
Each school completes its own form
Schools visit your landing page and fill out an onboarding form individually. They are automatically grouped under your diocese or network.
Track school sign-ups in real time
Your landing page can include a live tracker showing which schools have onboarded, so you always know where things stand. We will need you to submit a list of schools to have the tracker.
We get started on diocese marketing materials
As soon as you complete the onboarding form, we begin preparing co-branded marketing materials.
School marketing materials follow
As each school onboards, we prepare their own customized materials - ready to share with their families and supporters.
Get set up in the ACE Scholarships platform and provide banking details
Finally, each diocese and school completes a short form from our partner ACE Scholarships to set up their account in ACE's EmpowerEd platform. This will also include bank details setup, so scholarship funds can be paid out.
